Registration Summary

Terms & Conditions

• Cancellations made before 1 January 2027 are eligible for a refund of the registration fees paid, less the payment service charges described below.
• Cancellations made on or after 1 January 2027 are subject to a 50% cancellation penalty on the registration fees paid, or a replacement delegate may be nominated instead. Any balance refunded is less the payment service charges described below.
• No refund is available for cancellations made within 30 days of the congress, but a replacement delegate may still be nominated.
• Payment service charges on refunds. Payment gateway, card, bank and other transaction charges incurred in collecting your payment, and in returning any refund (“service charges”), are levied by third-party payment providers and cannot be recovered by the congress organisers. Where a refund is approved, the service charges will be deducted from the refund and borne by the participant who requested it (or, for a group registration, by the person who made the payment). The amount refunded will therefore be less than the amount paid. For illustration only: if USD 100 is refundable under the terms above and service charges of USD 4 were incurred, USD 96 will be refunded.
• Donations. A donation is voluntary and is separate from the registration fee. It supports emergency physicians from low-income countries, and once made is not refundable. It is not covered by the refund provisions above.
• Substitute delegates are welcome — please notify the secretariat.
• The programme is subject to change without prior notice.
• All presenting authors must be registered delegates.
• Personal data is collected for congress administration purposes only. Your data is protected in compliance to PDPA.
